Description The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is an active, graceful, toy spaniel. They are fearless, yet at the same time gentle and affectionate. They like to please and responds well to praise and encouragement. | ||

Coat The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel has a silky, medium length coat. Some have a slight wavy coat. | ||
Color The standard colors for this breed include the following; black & tan, black & white, blenheim, and ruby. | ||
Temperament The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is an affectionate dog that is naturally well behaved and gets along well with other animals. They are intelligent and outgoing. | ||
Care This breed requires regular brushing and combing, and occasional trimming of their coat. | ||
Exercise Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are very adaptive and will enjoy exercise both in and outside the home. | ||

Shedding The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is an average shedder. They should be combed often to remove excess hair. | ||
